Works duration 2 weeks Commencing February Half Term 2023 Start 13th February 2023 Must complete 24th Feb 2023. It is anticipated that the contract would be let on an NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC). The contract would be subject to CDM Regulations. The appointed contractor would need to fulfil the duties of Main Contractor. This would include coordination and liaison with the clients directly employed specialists for certain distinct systems such as fire alarms, access and intercoms. |
