The works will need to be carried out within the Medical Block Ground Floor area as there is no compound area available. The Trust is looking to occupy the space at the earliest opportunity and the intention is that works will need to commence hopefully on Monday 21/11/21 and be complete within 4 weeks of the start. Contractors returning a tender for the project must attend site to obtain a good understanding of the project and restrictions on site. The contractor is to complete the Appendix A – Pricing schedule document Please price each room element separately as per the headings below:- Scope of works, Additional Works Needed & Optional Costs.
