4. Description: Overhaul and refurbishment work. The intent of the works is for the reinstatement of the property prior to its lease. Works required include both internal works to the bathroom, WC and Kitchen and Lounge, HSL (Hall, Stairs, landing) and bedrooms. Some external works are also included such as decorations.
