   3. Explanation
          This service is very specialised, custom developed and built automated larval behavior rigs and requires a specialist in this field which NBio LLC Dr Narayan can provide his technical expertise in. No other consultancy service can deliver this contract for technical reasons, competition is absent, and there is no reasonable or substitute.
A consultancy service with Dr.Narayan in collaboration with Marta Zlatic allows the LMB to carry on with this research project, with the flexibility, professional technical service and at a reasonable cost.
