      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: We will be awarding a contract for the supply of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and associated training services and operations manual with a completion date for delivery of the hardware and services described of 26th March 2021

The contractor will provide training services to enable up to eleven persons to gain General Visual Line of Sight Certification (GVC) to allow them to operate an Unmanned Aircraft System in a wide range of operating environments. This training will also include provision of flight training in preparation of the practical flight test for GVC

The contractor will develop an Operations Manual to meet Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements. This will cover a wide range of likely operating environments from remote upland sites under full or partial control, industrial areas with partial or no control, through to urban sites with no control.
