         The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the directive: Yes

   3. Explanation
          This was a consolidated requirement to service the Autoclaves and Glasswashers initially planned under the UKSBS DPS Framework. This framework is yet to be approved for use within UKRI, therefore ITQ procedure was adopted as other suppliers will not service our Glass washers. This supplier was awarded after evaluation of the quotations based on most advantageous quotation in technical ability, quality and price.
