The University would like to offer the opportunity of a pre-market engagement workshop. Given the current climate and remote working, the likelihood is this will have to be a Virtual meeting. The aim of the workshop is to describe the challenges faced, the strategic direction and highlight potential collaboration opportunities between a Main contractor, M&E and an AV provider.

      Birmingham City University has a long term strategic aim for the provision of Professional Audio Visual Equipment and Services, to maintain the operation and maintenance of the Universities growing audio-visual estate.

The University is offering the opportunity for suppliers to attend a pre-market engagement workshop where our team will present the current challenges, vision for the future and an opportunity at the end of the presentation to ask questions.

The workshop is due to take place on the 11th January 2021 - 14:00 to 16:00 hours.

The session is limited to twenty suppliers and is offered on a first come first served basis, please register your interest via Delta, a link will be provided within the PIN.

A clarification document will be attached to Delta providing full details of the requirement, the workshop, and the agenda for the session.
