Ordnance Survey wishes to enter into a Framework agreement with an Agile software development partner with a proven track record of delivering software solutions for web and mobile projects. It is anticipated that all software development work will be undertaken onsite at Ordnance Survey's headquarters in Southampton to support our Agile project approach.
Our preferred strategy is to outsource entire projects on a call-off basis to an Agile software development supplier who will wholly manage individual work packages onsite with support from key Ordnance Survey staff
Potential projects could include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Rebuilding existing election map website
• Rebuild existing online services ie. OS Opendata
• Backoffice Data fulfilment services
• Bespoke Mapping data Mobile Applications
• Redesign of Ordnance Survey website
