The bulk of these works will be carried out through the Council's Trading Arm - Hertfordshire Business Services, although their will also be a requirement for the District Councils, London Boroughs or any other partners and associates of the Council that may wish to utilise the contract. In particular, the Framework is open to members of Supply Hertfordshire (including any successor body).
