   CA Europe SARL own the Intellectual Property Rights to the CA Workload Automation Software and have exclusive rights to provide this software including upgrades, patches and bug fixes.
The required support and maintenance is only available directly from CA Europe SARL and as such cannot be procured through any government frameworks or other methods of competition.
