The Contractor will provide a comprehensive stray dog warden service which enables the Council to fulfil its statutory responsibilities legislation and byelaws and regulations or orders as directed by the Council. The service will be subject to the Council’s policies as implemented throughout the Contract term. The Contractor must make due provision for all such policy and statutory requirements which may vary during the contract term, as directed by the Supervising Officer.
