Gatwick is seeking Suppliers with proven experience and capability to provide Utilities Income Services at Gatwick Airport. Gatwick has over 1 million square feet of commercial property, circa 300 tenants and approximately 1500 meters. A meter survey is currently being undertaken and due to be completed by the end of March 2013. Gatwick issues approximately 600 invoices per quarter, 450 are electricity of which 350 are metered.
The high level scope of services to be provided includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Monthly collection of manual and automated meter readings for all electricity, gas, heat and water meters
• Provision of a web based automated metered data service. Gatwick currently uses Energy ICT for its automated metering collection services
• Preparation of quarterly billing file and transmission to Gatwick’s finance team
• Preparation of manual invoices as required
• Monthly financial provisions of utilities income and expenditure
• Monthly provision of landlord, tenant and owner occupied space consumption data
• Monthly/quarterly consumption trend analysis for landlord, tenants and owner occupied, including budget forecasts
• Resolution of utility invoice disputes raised by Gatwick
• Managing process of occupying and exiting premises
• Management of meter supply and installation process
• Repair and replacement of meters
• Maintain and update meter map to ensure it remains current.
• Provide ad hoc data requests for clients
