          The service offering from University of Southampton is unique and is already embedded within multiple Trusts. The creation of a framework within UHS will provide a compliant route to market for other Trusts, enabling continued use of the service. A competitive process is not appropriate given the unique nature of the offering. A VEAT Notice was published over 30 days prior contract notice.
