Based on these assessments, an analysis should be undertaken, and the following should be produced in collaboration with RSSB subject matter experts: •Target operating model to deliver sustainable data insights. •Processes, policies, data governance and IT services that will need to be developed, or changed, to ensure we consistently produce a quality output. •Organisational structure required to succeed in this area in the medium to long term; including level of resourcing and required roles and capabilities. |
