      To establish a framework that will facilitate funding to Heat Network projects and provide projects with access to an investor base with the experience and appetite to bring projects to fruition. The Heat Network Funding Framework aims to support public sector and other organisations with a route to accessing investment for heat network projects, increasing external investment and helping to create a successful, self-sustaining heat network market.
We would expect this framework to be usable as a resource for heat network investors and sponsors and that is capable of delivering both value for money investment and expert guidance to Heat Network projects.
