      HMRC are giving potential suppliers early notification of a requirement to provide end-point assessment for HMRC Tax Academy apprenticeships at level 3 and level 4. Additional information will be provided in the lot description.
The EPAO will work in partnership with Tax Academy as the learning provider to define the apprenticeship assessment model and approach to ensure it is aligns with and fully supports the EPA
The EPAO will review Tax Academy’s apprenticeship learning curriculum. This review must identify any additional learning or adaption of any existing learning to ensure this meets the apprenticeship standard and enable apprentices to be fully prepared for the EPA. This replaces notice 2019/S 084-198857

HMRC is seeking to engage a registered End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) to design and deliver an End-Point Assessment (EPA) for its employer provided Level 3 Public Sector Compliance/Investigator Officer apprenticeship.
HMRC requires the EPAO to undertake a flexible and partnership approach with the HMRC learning provider (Tax Academy) in the design of the EPA. This should reflect HMRC and Tax Academy’s vocational tax compliance approach to apprenticeship learning and the EPA should be based on a case study and evidence portfolio approach with a professional discussion included for Level 3
