   VI.3) Additional information: The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council have taken a decision to terminate the procurement exercise and not to proceed with award of contract for the provision of a single Hosted Web Based Planning System under this procedure as advertised in the OJEU notice 2018/90-223760. The Authorities intend to commence a new procurement process for these services and will be issuing a new contract notice, based on reviewed requirements and procurement approach, in the Official Journal of the European Union in due course.
