Bidders are strongly advised to visit the site and take measuring if needed before offering. The work area is on ground floor. The building is a single-storey construction. The access route into the building will be via the front gates. The Contractor shall visit site before quoting to familiarize with the building and project’s requirements. All measurements and locations shall be taken from site and not drawing. |
