The contract length will be for 24 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to performance.

      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: On 1st April 2015, Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT) and Helena Partnerships (HP) entered into a Group Structure to form the Torus Group (the Authority). A unique housing Group, Torus combines the very best of two local, community led landlords. Sound governance, a strong asset base and significant financial capacity enables us to do more. To provide more opportunities for the communities we serve, build more new homes and enhance the services we provide to our tenants and customers.Torus Group seeks to procure a suitably qualified single supply chain partner to enter into a collaborative contract encompassing Re-Roofing, Re-Pointing and Wall Tie Replacement with an estimated minimum of 600 properties per year across the boroughs of St. Helens and Warrington. Works to include the re-pointing of brickwork, renewal of wall ties, pike rebuilds, lintel/render repairs and replacement of spalled brickwork to ensure that Torus continues to maintain the standard of its properties across it.
