The project outputs are new data, which are inputs to BEIS in-house Carbon Price Model and GLOCAF model, and an accompanying technical report. The contract with the chosen supplier was for one year with the option to extend to two years by mutual consent.
The VEAT notice is being issued because of an error on the original OJEU Contact notice regarding the contract value, which displayed for a single year. The value advertised was for £150,000 with an option to extend for a further year. The VEAT notice corrects this discrepancy and allows for a small additional requirement for additional scenarios.
