      DVLA has a requirement to select, procure and implement a Privileged Access Management Solution covering their on premise and cloud IT environments.
The Privileged Access Management project specifies a control method for a higher level of auditability, control and non-repudiation of tasks undertaken using enhanced privileged accounts across the DVLA estate. This includes, but is not limited to Physical and virtual guest OS, Virtual host OS, Networking systems, Firewalls, Cloud control systems and portals and Client OS.

      The Agency intends to engage with the supply market to explore options for a new Privileged Access Management solution. We intend to convene Supplier Innovation Day in Swansea (indicative date of 23 November 2017, to be confirmed). Prospective suppliers are asked to register interest in attending by emailing the address provided by 5pm on 8 November 2017. A high level specification of requirements will be shared at the innovation day. DVLA would like to make clear at this juncture there is no guarantee of a call for further competition. All options will be considered, including evaluating CCS’s Digital Marketplace Framework.
