A Light Touch Dynamic Purchasing System is for Providers offering Independent Leaving Care/Independent Living Setting placements. The participating five Local Authorities (Banes, Gloucestershire, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire) are seeking applications from both current and potential providers. There are four lots (addendum 1 - 4) Bidders for lot 4 are likely to require Ofsted or other regulatory registration. The Agreement will be for 4 years with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years. This tender opportunity will be re-opened at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk for new applications at periods stated within the tender documents.

Where necessary in order to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 this authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
