The Authority is seeking Applicants to submit expressions of interest to participate in its tender process being conducted in accordance with the Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016 for the procurement of a private PBT facility (the “Concession”). The Authority intends to invite the highest scoring 2 or 3 Applicants (at the Trusts discretion) following the PQQ stage into a competitive procedure with negotiation with the Authority to negotiate to improve the content of the offers in order to better correspond to the award criteria and minimum requirements.
