      Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are seeking to establish a single multi-functional 24 hour control room for both boroughs. Both boroughs CCTV monitoring, telecare and alarms and out of hours calls will be amalgamated within this joint control room. The Councils are keen for potential contractors to express interest in designing an infrastructure that facilitates this amalgamation, as well as facilitating potential future expansion through wider sharing or selling of services. The design will also need to upgrade existing systems and platforms to enable the boroughs to pursue a ‘Smart Borough’ digital strategy.
