   The Trust requires a framework of 5-6 Contractors for the provision of asbestos removal and encapsulation services for planned and unplanned works.

The Contractors will be required to carry out asbestos removals, encapsulation, and associated works where appropriate, under fully controlled or semi-controlled conditions of licensed and non licensed works.

Services will be required to cover sites owned or managed by the Guys and St Thomas’ Foundation NHS Trust. This includes but is not limited to two multi-sited hospitals, satellite offices, community healthcare buildings and clinics located across SE and SW London. Guys Hospital and St Thomas’ Hospital, have a combined GIA of 457,270 m2.

Types of buildings will include but is not limited to clinical areas including wards and theatres, non-clinical areas including residential areas, offices, estates areas, lecture theatres, laboratories and workshops.
