Short Description: Braintree District Council is seeking to contract with a suitably qualified and experienced company who are able to design, create, print and distribute to Royal Mail (example) BDC's New Year Council Tax Bills and Print PDF copies of Benefit Notifications. 2 types of envelopes will need to be created for packing of bills and notifications. Inserts will be required including booklets and A4/A5 leaflets. The successful company must be able to meet tight deadlines and make late / last minute changes due to legislative changes.Testing will commence from early January 2015 up to GO LIVE which is estimated around the last 2 weeks in February.
