II.2.4) Description of procurement: This contract includes the new SAN; all associated hardware; related services including consultancy, design and project management; installation and testing, and support for five years. The V&A currently has sites in South Kensington, Bethnal Green, Kensington High Street and Salisbury, but it is anticipated that there may be sites added or removed over the contract duration.
This procurement shall follow the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation and the authority has reserved the right to reduce the number of participants and to award the contracts without negotiation.
Please note that the contract duration of five years will start on the go-live date and therefore does not include installation, testing etc.
