The appointed Contractor will need to work with the Employer to achieve expenditure in accordance with available budgets. The Employer cannot guarantee that the full works will be undertaken or fully completed as this is dependent upon budgets and strategy, which may result in the project not taking place, or a reduction of works/additional work as required. The Contractor will not be entitled to make any claims whatsoever for the contract not proceeding or for work omitted from the contract. The Employer reserves the right not to award or abandon the procurement exercise at any time for all or part of the works at its sole discretion with no liability what so ever to any applicant or tenderer.
