Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligable to use the established framework we have decided to split the works into the following core regional geographical lots:

An additional Lot has also been made available for Members who have properties across the whole of Englands and Wales.

This Lot is for our members who have properties within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire regions. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to:
•Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems
•Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems
•Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems
•Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems
•Periodic Inspection Testing
•Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks
•Any additional elements associated with the works listed above

Contractors are able to tender for any number and mixture of the 4 core regional lots.
