      II.2.4) Description of procurement: The NMC hold regular legal hearings across their offices in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast.

The hearings take place daily in 2 of the 3 London offices located in Aldwych and Stratford and on an ad-hoc basis elsewhere.

The minimum number of hearings per day is 3; the maximum is 6 across all locations.

Manned guarding presence in all the hearing centres for all hearings that take place within these locations.

The requirement will be on an ad hoc basis with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 guards required on a daily basis.

The details of each weekly requirement are provided on the Friday preceding the following working week.

The requirement will be a uniformed guarding presence from 8am to 6pm.

All security guards must be SIA accredited, have a good level of spoken English and good communication skills.

Flexibility and and ability to provide the requisite guarding at the notice stated above is essential.
