      II.2.4) Description of procurement: Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at both acute hospital sites and fifteen community properties in south London for a period of three years with two optional one year extension periods, (5 years total).

The supplier sought will be required to provide a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service to the benefit of the Trust. This is also to include internal areas on both acute sites, (Guy's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital).

The appearance of the Trust has a key role in helping to promote a positive image to patients, visitors and staff and as such, the Trust is seeking a suitability qualified contractor that is able to improve and enhance the environment.

Interested parties must be able to provide services across both acute sites and all community properties. We will not accept bids for individual sites.
