a) A published report on the potential for public service mutuals (PSMs) to form partnerships to bid for work, including the scope, challenges and merits of doing so.
b)promote, administer and, on a ‘draw down’ basis, provide professional advice and assistance to to help PSMs consider and, where appropriate, prepare to bid for contracts in partnership that they would be unable to bid for alone (for example, due to lack of size, balance sheet strength and/or scope of service expertise)
c) Materials to share lessons learnt from the programme. We will be opne to ideas from the market, but anticipate these will include: a toolkit, mentoring and workshops on formation of collaborative models by PSMs.
d) An evaluation of the impact of the programme, and lessons it generated.
