The contract shall include for the following electrical testing:
•Periodic Inspection and Testing of Fixed Electrical Installations in:- All University Buildings; Laundrettes; Public Licensed areas; Swimming Pools; Agricultural Premises; Explosive Atmospheres
•Visual inspection and earth loop impendence testing in Residential Buildings
•Testing and inspection of Fixed Appliances
•Thermographic Inspections
•Certification and Reporting
•Minor Repairs

The contractor must be able to provide an interactive website/real time reporting for reports to be uploaded and indexed directly.

The contract will be for the duration of 3 years with the possibility of extension of 2 x 1 year at the sole discretion of the University, giving a maximum possible terms of 5 years.
